Emily deeply believes in the importance of a trustworthy and genuine client-therapist relationship and strives to create a nurturing and safe space for each of her clients.

Be like the bird that, passing on her flight awhile on boughs too slight, feels them give way beneath her, and yet sings, knowing that she hath wings

A few words from Emily:

“When life's hurdles weigh you down, it's natural to feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed. Navigating transitions and day-to-day challenges can be difficult, and at times, may even feel frightening. Whatever you’re struggling with, I’m here to help you discover your strengths and learn to flourish during life's ups, downs, and in-betweens.

Accompanying someone on their journey through therapy is incredibly rewarding and I love being able to help my clients feel good about the work they are doing: for their current selves, for those they love, and for the selves they want to become.

That doesn’t mean the work is always easy, but when you can begin to see the space for transformation that opens up by working through your difficulties, that is when you can start to get in touch with your inner self and make meaningful changes.”
