Nicole "Niki" DiCarlo, Intern / Pre-Licensed Professional - MS candidate from The University of Baltimore. Niki joined the SBCS in August, 2018.
A Few Words From Niki:
"I believe that having the courage to ask for help can be the first step to healing. I enjoy collaborating with individuals to find unique approaches to coping with life’s challenges in an authentic way.
Balancing the never-ending changes and transitions of life with the added stress of career, relationships, and anxiety can sometimes feel like an impossible task. I believe everyone deserves to have a safe, non-judgmental space to work through these challenges.
With your willingness to look within, we can work together to find ways to make your life more fulfilling. Whether you’re suffering from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss, or just need extra support through a time of transition, I am happy to assist you in making positive changes."
When Niki isn't in school or working at our office or in her position as a mental health worker at Sheppard Pratt, she enjoys playing guitar, singing, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her niece and nephew.
