Ideal candidates are graduate students in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC), Counseling Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) programs at Towson University, Johns Hopkins University, Loyola University, and McDaniel College who are soon to begin their first or second semester of Practicum or Internship and who are willing to grow with the practice through their clinical placements and beyond. Preferences will be given to last semester students but application is open to all graduate students in qualifying counseling programs

We are looking for team players who are willing to learn the many roles and tasks necessary to operate as a Private Pay Clinician.

Ideal Candidates:

  • In their first or second semester of Practicum or Internship. Preferences will be given to last semester students, but the application is open to all graduate students in qualifying counseling programs. Seeking a long-term placement and IDEALLY to work full-time at SBCS for 2-4 years following LGPC status.

  • Moving toward a career in Private Practice

  • Collaborative and willing to work with a team

  • Willing to learn about the many roles and tasks necessary to operate as a Private Pay clinician, including:

    • Client work

    • Marketing

    • Scheduling and Administration
