Two Paths to Healing. One Season of Change.
This fall, we’re offering two 10-week therapy groups designed to meet you exactly where you are and gently help you move forward, whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or simply a place to feel less alone in what you’re carrying.
The Pivot Year Group
A space for growth, clarity, and becoming
This group is rooted in the themes of The Pivot Year by Brianna Wiest and is designed for anyone navigating change, whether chosen or not.
We’ll gather each week in a supportive circle to explore what it means to move forward without rushing, to ask big questions, and to listen inward.
This is for you if you’ve been:
Feeling stuck or unsure of what’s next.
Questioning your path, relationships, or purpose.
Longing for a space to be seen and supported as you shift.
Complex PTSD Group
For survivors reclaiming their story
Based on Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving by Pete Walker, this group offers a compassionate space for adults healing from early or ongoing emotional trauma.
Together, we’ll name what’s been hard, explore practical tools, and slowly rebuild the kind of relationship with yourself that feels safer, stronger, and more whole.
This is for you if you:
Struggle with inner criticism, shame, or self-abandonment.
Are ready to understand and manage trauma responses.
Want a group that honors the depth of your healing process.
